For the first time ever, Trinidad & Tobago proudly hosts the prestigious Women's World Draughts Championship alongside the Trinidad International Open 2025. This landmark event celebrates global unity through the universal language of strategy games while showcasing our vibrant Caribbean culture.
We're breaking barriers by highlighting women's excellence in competitive sports and creating opportunities for local talent to shine on the world stage. The parallel international open tournament welcomes players of all backgrounds to experience the warmth of our twin-island nation.

International Arrivals + Welcome Ceremony
Official welcome at Metro Hotel with cultural performances and player introductions. Registration desk open from 9AM-6PM.
Daily Tournament Matches
Morning sessions: 9AM-12PM, Afternoon sessions: 2PM-5PM. Evening analysis sessions and casual games in the lounge.
Cultural Tour & Rest Day
Optional Caribbean immersion tour including Maracas Beach, Caroni Bird Sanctuary, and local heritage sites. Lunch included.
Grand Finals + Awards & Closing
Championship matches from 10AM, followed by awards ceremony at 6PM with live entertainment and closing speeches.
